Sales and Marketing Lead/manager

Sensocure is expanding its team and is looking for the right person to help head the sales and marketing efforts. A suitable candidate will be assuming an important role in the commercial strategy and help develop and implement the global marketing strategy and promoting our medical systems. Your goal will be to ensure that Sensocure and its technology offering is recognized and adopted in applicable segments and regions worldwide.

Sensocure is a dynamic company, and your responsibilities and tasks will change over time, but especially include the following:

  • Building a strong and implementable marketing plan
  • Develop and manage Sensocure` s global marketing effort to build a strong, recognized and trusted brand
  • Be responsible for planning and participation at fairs and conferences, advertisements, stand design and logistics in cooperation with subcontractors
  • Develop sales and marketing material including, flyers, company presentations and other promotion material
  • Manage the homepage development and upgrades for a professional appearance
  • Develop and report a global marketing budget
  • Promote and run active Sensocure SoMe channels
  • Manage relevant subcontractors


  • Minimum Master of Science or similar relevant education
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with sales and marketing activity, preferably within the medical field
  • Experience from a Go-to-Market strategy
  • Proven track record within marketing and business development
  • Background from sales and marketing of medical devices
  • Solid network base, especially in Norway and Europe
  • Experience with online marketing tools such as LinkedIn and web design
  • User experience with CRM software
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally


  • Strong marketing and communication skills
  • Strong language skills with proficiency in Norwegian and English
  • Open minded and full of initiative
  • Ability to work in a team and learn from others
  • Social, outgoing and a passion for developing customer relations

Work location

Sensocure offers an exciting, challenging, and fun workplace, with a great opportunity for development for the right person. The position is permanent, and will entail some travel. The main workplace is in our modern premises at Skoppum, which we moved into in 2017. The position reports to CEO Trond Herje.
