On the 24th of January 2017 Sensocure was honored with a visit by Prime minister Erna Solberg during her red ribbon opening of Verify the solution AS. In addition to people from Verify and Sensocure, about 30 executives, entrepreneurs and students were present. The Mayor of Horten, Are Karlsen, and several journalists also attended the event. After visiting with Verify and entrepreneurs showing their developments at stands in the Verify lab, the Prime minister visited Sensocure. CEO Trond Herje was privileged to offer a welcome tour of the newly built 10.000sq feet facilities including clean room laboratories, manufacturing area, R&D space and offices.  The prime minister was given a brief look into the development of Sensocure to the present day, and its plan for further growth. The visit was also an opportunity to convey the type of financial and political support medical technology companies like Sensocure need in order to reach their goals. Professor Tor Inge Tønnessen of Oslo University Hospital explained the need for our sensor and our technology in terms of both medical treatments and market opportunities. The Prime minister was visibly impressed by the progress Sensocure was able to show in the short time since her last visit in 2015.
